Dermal Roller provides a natural, safe and easy treatment to significantly improve the appearance of facial, neck and décolletage lines and wrinkles, sun damaged and ageing skin and reduce visible acne scars and stretch marks. It can improve the texture of the skin and offer a more even skin tone.

Dermal Roller is a hand held medical aesthetic device, which consists of a roller containing microscopic needles. The device produces natural skin rejuvenation, ideal for scar repair, ageing and sun damaged skin.

A series of three treatments 6 weeks apart are recommended. Results however can often be seen a week after the first treatment.

A topical anaesthetic will be applied to the treatment area; this will be effective 10-15 minutes after application, thereby limiting any discomfort you may feel.

Immediately after the treatment the skin can look like mild to moderate sunburn, this usually subsides for most clients within the same day. The skin may feel tight, a sign that the collagen induction has begun and that the treatment is working.

It is recommended you do not wear make up for at least 12 hours after the treatment and use only warm water to gently cleanse the affected area for the following 48 hours. If immediately after the procedure you will be in direct sunlight, apply a broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with a SPF50.
