Laser Limelight (IPL) is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment designed to target a variety of common skin concerns on the face, neck, and décolleté. Using advanced light-based technology, it can significantly improve the appearance of:
Redness and visible capillaries
Brown spots and sun damage
Uneven skin tone and enlarged pores
Unlike older technologies, Laser Limelight (IPL) can also treat lighter brown spots that were previously difficult to resolve, delivering clearer, brighter, and more even-looking skin with minimal downtime.
-
Laser Limelight (IPL) uses precisely controlled pulses of light that pass safely through the skin and are absorbed by areas of excess pigment or redness. The light energy specifically targets these imperfections without harming the surrounding skin.
As the light is absorbed, it gently heats the cells, breaking down unwanted pigment or tiny blood vessels while at the same time stimulating natural collagen production. Over time, this helps to even out skin tone, refine texture, and reveal clearer, healthier-looking skin.
-
Within 1–3 weeks, treated brown spots will darken before flaking off and fading naturally. Redness and visible veins will reduce, revealing a clearer and more even complexion. Most clients achieve optimal results after 1–3 treatments, with maintenance sessions recommended as needed to keep skin looking its best.
-
Most people describe the treatment as a mild pinching or stinging sensation as the light pulses are delivered. Discomfort is typically minimal, and the procedure usually takes less than an hour, depending on the treatment area.
-
After treatment, brown spots may temporarily darken, and you may experience mild redness or slight swelling. These effects usually resolve within a few hours to a day. Makeup can be applied immediately afterward, and we strongly recommend using a broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect your skin and maintain results.
