Aestheticare Glycolic Peels use Glycolic Acid, one of the most effective and clinically proven Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), to gently but powerfully exfoliate the skin. These peels can help to:
Rejuvenate tired or dull skin
Improve skin tone and texture
Soften fine lines and wrinkles
Reveal a smoother, more radiant, and youthful-looking complexion
-
Each peel combines high-strength Glycolic Acid with Taurine, an amino acid known for its soothing properties. While Glycolic Acid exfoliates and removes dead skin cells, Taurine helps to reduce redness and irritation, ensuring you achieve maximum results with minimal downtime or discomfort.

Before starting your in-clinic treatments, you’ll be given a home-use exfoliating peel gel to prepare your skin. For best results, we recommend continuing to use this gel as directed throughout your treatment course, helping to enhance and prolong your results.

Each peel takes around 20 minutes. You may feel a slight tingling or warmth during the first few minutes as the peel begins to work. After treatment, your skin may look a little pink or flushed, and in the following days, you may experience mild dryness or flaking as fresh, new skin is revealed.

Because skin becomes more sensitive to sunlight after chemical peels, we recommend wearing broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily throughout your treatment course. We stock Heliocare sun protection products, which also contain antioxidants to protect and support your skin.
